February Real Estate Update

Great news home sales are on the rise and interest rates are still extremely low! The Salt Lake Board of Realtor's project a 9% increase in home sales, which will in turn lower the available housing inventory. Interest rates are still extremely low; I have a client that locked their rate last week at 3.75%!! If any you are like me and purchased homes in the last 5-8 years. I would venture a guess that this rate would be less than half of what you locked when you purchased your home.
